Araceli Gonzales
Araceli Gonzales is currently working as an Instructional Coach with CORE/ECLIPSE Project for New Mexico State University in partnership with the literacy initiative from NMPED. She earned both her bachelor of Science in Education specializing in Early Childhood and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a bilingual endorsement from New Mexico State University. She has served as a highly qualified educator for over 35 years where she taught elementary age students in New Mexico. She served as an inclusion and dual language teacher grades k-3. Her experience in leadership roles and literacy initiatives allowed her the opportunity to later become an instructional supervisor in California. Mrs. Gonzales has had extensive training in structured literacy, dual language enrichment/migrant education, multisensory education, common core state standards, as well as continued adult education in both New Mexico and California. Mrs. Gonzales’s expertise and dedication in education is an asset to New Mexico's schools
